[June 18]. Woke at 211.2, up 3.6 from yesterday. Ate a piece of anniversary cake and a piece of fudge in addition to going out to Longhorn Steak House for our reunion dinner out. Big day at the track today so will get the exercise in and will try to eat LCHF as much as possible.
