Woke at 205.8, same as yesterday. Stomach was still very bloated as if I had eaten a large meal despite fasting since noon yesterday. Something I ate in the past 48 hours disagreed with me! Will ride it out. Teaching the second day of my class today so will be on my feet and moving. Targeting 1941 calories and will fast until noon (by then will not have eaten for 24 hours). Enjoy your day! UPDATE: Came home at 206.8. Like yesterday, I burned a ton of calories by being on my feet all day despite only getting three miles in. I hopped on the treadmill to get my daily six and got a 204.8 weigh in. Still bloated a bit. I think it might be the dry roasted peanuts that I have indulged in for three days. I’ll let you know if that was it after they are gone! Hit my calorie target today by eating a massive salad and some nuts for dinner.

Much success with the teaching class, Bill ... and the fast today. Butter Bob came out with a new YouTube on Fasting. He is such an easy guy to watch and understand. He is saying do the 24 hour fast everyday to lose weight ... if you are overweight. He says the 16:8 IF is more sustainable. It is for me but I am trying to do a bit of both. Here is the url broken up: https: // www. youtube. com /watch? =NgvCH6mgPk0& feature =em- subs_ digest

You got this Bill.... hope class went well! What kind of protein bars are you eating? I try to avoid them and mostly eat real food.. but have a couple in the car for emergencies. Better than binging on something awful! Have read conflicting reports about sugar alcohols and how they affect net carbs. Wondering if that is what is hitting you (and me).
