I had a big breakfast today since it was almost noon and I won't be having lunch. Plus I have so much to do along with exercise (I got in 21 minutes on the bike this morning)that I won't have time to cook anything again before dinner. Ii will have a protein shake after my Cardio X workout.
I use Groupons a lot. A few weeks ago, they had a great offer on Premium grade, liquid Vitamin B-12 taken with a dropper. So I bought a bottle. I also bought a bottle of GARCINIA CAMBOGIA Drops. It's supposed to allow the body to use fat for energy instead of storing it.
I have been doing this all week and do feel more bursts of energy. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS OR USE EITHER ONE OF THEM? I am curious at the results other people got. They said GARCINIA caused loss of weight in rats so maybe it really say something about me if it does the same thing to me! LOL.
