Woke at 209.4, up .8 from yesterday. But that day included a Subway BMT chopped salad, an apple, and some frozen strawberries. Up to 98 net carbs and wondered if I would see the water. Maybe so. Targeting 1661 calories. UPDATE: Ate lightly today and came home famished. Weighed 208.4 coming in the door. Already had four miles and 6.5K steps in the bank, so did 30 minutes at 4 mph to hit my 6 miles and 10K steps. Got a 207.2 weigh in afterward. Ate on calorie target, but forgot to record some bell peppers, so went 50 over! Similar day tomorrow. Want to end the month in the blue zone.

You may want to check the arithmetic, brother, but it does not look like 100% of that bump can be attributed to your net carb bump. My estimate would be a Max Scale weight bump of 0.4# from 35 gms of incremental net carbs. (35 X 5 = 175g of Carbs + Water / 28.3 = 6.2 oz/16 = 0.39 lbs; or something like that)

Confirmed. Just interesting. IIRC fructose is preferentially stored in the liver. Not sure if it binds with water in doing so, like muscle glycogen.
