Woke at 208.4, up .4 from yesterday. Will try to get in a lot of steps today. Meeting with the tax preparer tonight so limited time for a workout but I will do one if I can as I'm within range for a blue line. Ultimate goal will be to hit that blue line without having to sweat out the water first! Targeting 1700 calories. UPDATE: Ate two pork chops for dinner so went over even more on calories. We will adjust over the next two days. Did taxes and got home late. Weighed 209.6. Hopped on the treadmill at 11:22 and ended the day with 38 minutes of treadmill at 3 mph while I updated my website on an iPad! Got down to 208.8. Oh well, hard to hit the blue line with four large slices of NY pizza and a piece of cake in your day!
