Woke at 214.4, down 1.4 from yesterday after a 1540 calorie catch up day. I get 1812 calories today. Will get in a workout tonight.

Thanks! The verdict: 210.4! So right about where I thought I'd be. I'm up a few from Saturday still, but down 6.2 pounds of water since eating out on Saturday night. And the body fat is actually lower so... bonus!
