Today is the first day I’ve been able to start walking again. I’ve only done 2 miles so far today, but my goal is to get in 6 total. I ordered myself some new (smaller) clothes today. All summer outfits. Been doing great on fruit and veggies. Started drinking water again today. I’ve had 3 bottles so far. Goal is 6 a day. Trucking along.

I find water is much easier to get in when I drink from a straw. Then I crunch all the leftover ice and start again. I bought myself some tumblers from a friend on TikTok(not Stanley’s 😁) that I am much more likely to take anywhere I go.
