Woke at 214.2, down 1.2 after day 1 of my new December plan. Have a holiday potluck at lunch today so danger zone ahead! Will watch out for the deserts and stick to meats and veggies as much as I can. Decided not to pre-eat cottage cheese. Let's see if that was a good decision. UPDATE: Amazingly, ate just about what I did yesterday (but I did it all by lunchtime!) That included desserts. I came home knowing how many more calories I had to burn to make up for it. Did 66 minutes of HIIT treadmill to get the burn up a little more than I did yesterday. Got off and weighed 211.8, up just .2 from yesterday evening’s weigh-in! Hoping that I burned off the glycogen from all the carbs today and that I won’t go up too much.

I love how you plan out your days ... even the second plate of desserts. LOL! I think I need for you to work out a plan for me, so I can lose 1.5 lbs eating more. LOL!
