Haven't been to the grocery store since I got home Tuesday. The last of the possible salad fixings.

Hahaha! I didn't have any cereal Kat! I also didn't have tomatoes, bell peppers or cucumbers, so I used an apple, which turned out to be a very good choice.

Apple sounds like a good addition. Sometimes, I discover tasty, unique ingredients for my salads when I'm out of my go tos.

Exactly Sherry. I often use apples with cabbage, but I hadn't used it with lettuce before. But I will definitely do it again.
