Woke at 204.6. Targeted 1100-1200 calories today but planned for a happy hour after work. Well, that didn't happen! I need to travel from Friday through Tuesday to move my daughter from her summer job in Michigan to new apartment in Chicago, so I had to get my guidebook done tonight! I worked until 9pm and went without dinner. Got home hoping for 202 something but was at 204.4! But that's 1.2 lower than yesterday pre-dinner (where I hit 200.6 after working out). But guess what? I don't anything left in the tank! Will get some sleep and then drive to Ohio tomorrow to visit my sister Nancy and then on to Michigan the next day. Have a great weekend, everyone!
