Greetings my Best Buddies:
I had a super productive weekend getting both chores done and having a fun Sunday afternoon at the winery - we meet our friends about once per month to chat, eat a little and drink a little wine.
I had two good workouts this weekend, and got some work completed that I had avoided.
I ate double the carbs today - it was planned. I had an ear of corn and some watermelon - not huge - but lots of carbs! We will see if it bumbs things along in the next couple days!
Words of the Week: (Thanks, Kelly) I will never, never, never give up. I will be a pillar of bad-ass calm!

Boy does that sound like a good weekend. I know we are on a mission to not gain weight, but you can't give up on living, you just have to live a little more sensibly.

Definitely sounds like a wonderful weekend, and excellent carb choices. Even if it doesn't move things a lot it was still a good nutritional boost.
