Happy 😃 happy 😃 shout out to all you fasters out there…Wednesday…

Had to retype fasters 3 times….before I was faster then retype….errrrr….

Woke up late today…guess I needed the rest….I did ride for 20 minutes yesterday…and walked..and did counter pushups….

Weight is up today…not happy about it..but thinking body has figured out the plan….thinking it’s time to call and end to it…and tomorrow I have blood work…so won’t be weighing in at all…guess I didn’t plan this out as well as I thought…o well…I seen a pretty good drop in my 4 days…and it’s not over…just time to refeed….for a few days..thinking of doing 5-2 for a change…we’ll…not sure I can eat more then 2 meals per day…plus…I just get tired of all the noise in the cafertia…and supper…usually isn’t worth the walk down to…

Welp….gonna play catch up…make the bed..get dressed..weigh in…have mt ☕️

For lunch they are having fried chicken..mashed potatoes…I quit looking to see what else….not my choices anymore…..probably be rabbit food or omad today….lol

Great job on this fast! It's probably better to have some food in your system when you go to the doc for bloodwork anyway.

My doctor is the one that suggested longer fasts…after I told him cico was bullshit…..I got his attention….lol

Doc I have is in good shape….that’s what I like about him..so I know he gets it…but he’s still a doctor…that wants to push the pills instead of allowing food to change some of the problems….I understand his side…most people don’t care about their bodies…and would rather take a pill and sit in front of a tv….not me….only time my tv is on…if I mirror it to iPad when I ride in zwift so I can see the stats while I ride..once done…I turn off tv…have no use for tv …

He probably gets some pushback from his colleagues (and the nursing staff) about your fasting. Trust me, all eyes are on your chart. If you do not have a diagnosis relating to an eating disorder, it's because of him ❤ The Good Lord could not have picked a kinder, more loving soul to carry the fasting torch where you live. It sounds like you gently counsel the staff about their diets when they express interest. I hear your complaints about the food and I get it. Also, you are probably the dietician's nightmare 😈 That being said, I bet the kitchen staff would do their best to honor your meal requests i.e. having hard cooked eggs available, larger meat portions, bigger servings of veg if you want them.

Ty lady d…..yes I’ve met the dietitian when I first came here….I wasn’t to impressed….guess since I’m healrgier…I look at the health of the staff differently….most here are healthy…but some ..you wish they was on board with health….after all it’s for their benefit in the long term…I can relate to them..they have a job..thet are married..they settle into life..the meals and life stack on…I feel bad for them…as they don’t see it…well…some do see it…but continue to put it off….I wish I knew how to reach the ones that listen when I talk with them…even if it’s one at a time…it would make me so happy to help someone else change their lifestyle into a healthier one…
