Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Rode New York course yesterday…another hill day…my whoop recovery today is 66% and in yellow…easy ride today..nice and flat…lol…

Always listening to something different…it’s how we learn…it you want to keep your brain active…

Last night..dreamed a lot and they was so real….I woke up thinking I was there….it was xrated…lol…

I dream all the time….and a lot of my dreaming I am there…but this was more intense…more like I was there…can’t explain ..probably the fasting…

Day 4…at 7am…1 hour….thinking of breaking it….not hungry at all…kinda miss seeing table mates…lol…and..I had a big drop last night…would like to keep that going…lol…but…gotta say…food no longer has a hold on me…dept my ☕️…lol…

Going to close this..make the ☕️..and weigh in….and decide…to eat..or not…

Had an omelet bacon raisin bread sandwich for breakfast….I’m stuffed…gonna sit for a few..then get changed to get a zwift ride in for the day…already shut the window…humid outside..air is on…happy ride….

I usually do one meal…so il have a head start on you 2….not sure how long your gonna go for..but I’m thinking of shooting for 7 days…depending on the body…

I suggested 5 days, then Deb said she would go until 7/16. I then agreed to go until 7/16. Zenus said she will go 5 for sure and see how she feels before commiting to 7 days. It looks like we 4 are on for 7/9 starting a 5-7 day extended fast! 🤗

I know that's right, WBH...lol. I am new to extended fasting. The longerst I have went was the 91 hours last week. ...but WE CAN DO IT!!! 🙂

Cool beans, I love it when a plan comes together! Just remember folks an EF goes a lot smoother if you keep your carbs on the downlow the week prior!!!

Ummm, no, it's just a spontaneous type thing, we are all fasters but we do it on different schedules, so we are synching up to get one in together, feel free to join. We are starting after the evening meal on July 9th, going for a 5 day fast, but I want to break mine on Sunday, so the others are gonna try for a 7 also. Feel free to join!

The 9th is the waning of the Gibbous moon, said to make fasting easier. I love waning moons and do my best meditations on the waning crescent, so I'm guessing I will be peaceful enough to do an EF. BTW, I don't consider my three day fasts to be an EF really, it's just my alternate day fasting done back to back :)

Great! It's always good to have a support group! I'm doing a daily 16:6 or 20:4. A couple of years ago I did a few 5-7 days and a 21 day fast. So, I know I can do it, but I've been dragging my feet, so thanks for the inspiration, friends!

I joined a group fast for Advent in Dec. 21, so it was also a spiritual fast. I did lose 21 lbs, but since have gained it back. That's the trick- holding on to the losses. My challenge is that I've been drifting up and down in those 21 lbs for two years! Now I'm hoping to bust through to a lower plateau.
