Draglist's Journal, 13 Jul 15

Woke up at 3am and could not get back to sleep. What's worse, I didn't get to bed until 2! Gonna be a long day. Woke at 213.0 after hitting 208.4 post workout (but before dinner) last night. Targeting my full daily complement of 1967 calories. No way I'm working out tonight on this much sleep, so looks like my weigh in will creep up a bit. A bit of sleep is probably what's called for to get my body back on track.

Don't get discourage, At least your on top of everything, monitoring the weight. Things get out of control when people do not weigh themselves and for long periods of time and before they know it they have gained 50 pounds. If I did not discover fat secret, my weight probably would have shot up to 180-200 pounds as slow as my metabolism is right now.

Sleep. Though the fitbit says I did sleep, not feeling it. Now to push myself to shift from neutral to overdrive.

Thanks, Pam! Never going to 'not' track the weight! Good luck ramping up the RPMs, Kathy!

A nap might be in order if you have time. I hate when I have night of sleep like that. Makes me cranky. Have a good day!

Thanks, everyone! No time for naps today. Got meetings until 4pm. Then home and the radio show at 8-9pm. Will be hitting the hay soon after that, however!
