Woke at 212.8 and ended at 208.2. Ate my standard 1000 calories during the workday and came home at 211.0. My Tanita ran out of batteries, so this was the older slide scale. It weighs a bit lighter, but that’s the way it goes! Ate dinner first and then got on the treadmill. Did 1000 calories of HIIT and then weighed in again for the 208.2. Going to the Kennedy Center tomorrow night for dinner and a play so no workout and probably higher calories. Will eat a small snack for lunch tomorrow so that I can save up some calories.
