Draglist's Journal, 15 Jun 15

Woke at 215.4, clearly showing the seven pounds of water gained after Mexican food last night. Walked in the door after work at 215.6, so it’s going to take a while to get rid of it. Ate 1506 calories to get back on track after consecutive 2100 and 2300 calorie days. Did not work out tonight, but walked five miles at work. Em has college friends coming over to stay the night so I don’t want to be sweating in the family room while they are visiting! Will get a good night’s sleep and drink a lot of water.

Sodium is a tricky one, calories and cholesteral are good. My sodium numbers still seem to be high, I need to be more careful, Sodium is tough, its in alot of foods.

Ah, Mexican restaurants with the tortilla chips, salsa, and other goodies. I can't sit at the table and stare them down without eating them and then it's like Lays potato chips, can't eat just one.

I love Mexican food soooooo much, it's not fair how much sodium it has in it!!!! We were going to head there Friday for dinner and I just couldn't get myself to go because of it...so sad :(
