Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Was listening to things on you tube yesterday…this caught my eye… https://youtu.be/Ait4J0X8l7E…. Not quite how it works anymore…I was using a magnifying glass to read captions..the one I use currently is 4x….bad enough..that I have to use it on pages my reader won’t read the web page…which brings me to my morning thought that I’ve been thinking about for some time….

First I want to thank each an everyone that has supported me over the years…I only wish I could have done the same for you…as my eyes continue to get worse…I don’t make the rounds on fs like I once did…it’s more hassle then it’s worth…pull the page up…make the type as big as I can…rope what I have to day…get mag after out to proof read it…and try to stay calm as sometimes ipad has mind of its own….I normally do a morning journal…and then leave fs…to get on with my day…

As I was listening to Sinclair yesterday..he mentioned that they are working on aging and turning back rhe clock inside us….and how in 5-10 years…macular degeneration could be a thing of the past…as with many other diseases….just think…slow down aging…less diseases…if only they taught healthier lifestyles in school or at the doctors….some doctors do..mine does…but most hand out a pill …not to fix the disease…but to keep you coming back….the system is broke…

Well…first cup was good…need to put weight in…as it did go up half pound yesterday..after a big drop…

Thanks everyone..I was having one of those moments this morning….and I wanted to explain how my sight has gradually gotten worse ….I’m learning that dibbles…which at one time in 2006..9 was borderline plays a role in eyesight…

Diabetes plays a huge part in deteriorating eyesight and blindness as well as heart and kidney failure, heart attacks, peripheral vascular diseases, amputations. It is one of the nastiest diseases out there—type one is treatable controllable with diet, exercise and medication and type 2 is preventable, treatable, reversible with diet exercise and medication if necessary.
