Woke at 219.6 and then got a 219.8 reading at noon after three coffees and a few waters. I could probably drop 3-4 pounds of it by working out, but too busy at work, so 219.6 is today’s reading. Tanita shows that I’ve gained about five pounds of actual body fat and the rest is all water. Eating very light today. Will get lots of exercise this weekend as I move Emily out of her third-floor walkup at college! Monday we begin to alternate 1000 and 1900 calorie days until we are back on the 1967 per day calorie average for May.

Good thing tomorrow is Friday. I always hate coming back from vacation to a pile of work stacked on my desk. As for your 5 pounds of fat - I know it will not be around long on you.

how much did that cost? I have a similar scale its the weightwatchers one, but i'm assuming the BIA scale is more accurate.
