Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Puffiness in knee a lot better….enough that I plan to move more today…just not stairs yet…but walking thru the hallways..getting my steps in…have been seeing in my head how many trips I need to walk thru the halls to get my 2-3 miles…thinking today night just be 2 miles…kinda walk and see…

On 2nd cup of ☕️….trying to find the umph…to get my feet in gear…some days it’s like that especially of I’ve taken days off…don’t take me long to get outta the habit…

26 outside..wind chill 18….glad I no longer have to get outside…for anything this early in the morning…often wonder how I did it for so many years…especially when I worked outside…guess I was trained…uh…lol…

Well…cup is almost empty…took my cherry tart extract to help my knees..along with pain pill…and sinus meds..I’m good to go…lol…

Happy Sunday! It’s 16 this morning. I wonder how I went out and driving in it so many years, too. We were younger I guess. I am a big chicken of bad roads now. My Minnesota husband loves the cold and snow. Not that it wasn’t cold in WV where I am from but not that cold! I’m drinking coffee and watching the birds. My favorite day of the week. Glad you are improving and able to be a bit more active today. Enjoy your coffee and stay warm!:)☕️☕️

My second day of doing omad…..not as hard as I once thought it would be..just a few more hours added to the fast I start at 12pm each day…and lunch is the most calorie meal here..can always go downstairs and pick up snacks ..should I get hungry…which..if I’m moving..that feeling doesn’t border me as much…lol…
