Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday..

Sipping ☕️…getting ready to get dressed…and get my walking in before breakfast….

Didn’t quite get my 3 miles…had a human error..knee got a ketch in it at breakfast time…so put a knee support on…but just took it easy rest of day..good thing I was so far ahead yesterday…just kinda coasted to that 3 mile mark…

Yesterday…30 outside…every Monday…depending on weather…they load 14 people…you sign a paper…first 14 go….and they drive them somewhere ..with in a 2 hour radius of here….they leave at 2… they are back by 4…. Then it’s time for supper….lately….it’s been ice cream trips….I mean like how much ice cream can a person eat…when I first moved in here I went once or twice….grave yards…with Indian woman buried there…and what was left of an old barn..was what I seen…guess ice cream is a crowd favorite now….a 30 second high….lol….

Well….coffee is gone….time to get dressed….and put one foot in front of the next…gotta say….not really in the mood….but….it’s that time of day…maybe the coffee..will help…lol…

Positive thoughts….Debbie….your only competitor ….is yourself…when I first started years ago…walking a the hall here..and back to room..left me wishing…I had never quit walking…we loose what we don’t use…start out slow…walking is a great exercise….

Good morning! Hope your coffee works for you! Hoping mine will, too! My older yorkie is sick. Bloodwork from the vet yesterday not very good. Taking him to a bigger place out of town this evening. Stressful and upsetting! Not much else planned today. Good point about the ice cream! Maybe they should change up their trips to keep others interested but I guess that ice cream is a hit! Like you say, 30 seconds and the ice cream is gone. Lol You have willpower, that is the ticket!👍 Have a terrific Tuesday! Get some rest and sip on!:)☕️☕️

934am…over 2 miles…I’m ready for a nap…lol….might switch to resistance bands …see if second wind comes along….even though a nap sounds good..lol

Actually….I rested…no nap…took second pain pill along with a snack….and hit 3 miles today….
