Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Once again up before alarm…hoping it’s because I’m excited to walk…lol…and in a way I am…hoping the walking is a different way to build my legs back up…eventually the plan is to ride again…from time to time…the muscle I pulled in upper leg seems to have healed….just want to be sure….don’t want down time ..that sucks…

The way my walking inside breaks down…
4x around…1 mile..
8times….2 miles..and so on…a lot depends on my steps…

Yesterday I had a mile in before breakfast…and was working on next mile…and it’s taking about an hour per mile…while for me..is about what it use to take years ago..when I walked outside…back in 2007..when I first came to fatsecret…

I had my 3 miles Bette 12 yesterday…but after mile 2… I started resting more….once I get use to 3 miles..then naturally 4 miles is in my plans…after lunch..as tired as I am..I do my other resistance band routine..and that helps to keep me from being so tired…or it did yesterday…

Gotta have a plan…

Most everyone else was downstairs having home made ice cream…I was up..here working out…you say ice cream here…and their eyes rotate like slot machine wheels…it’s funny to watch…they know how to get the people here to attend food activities….not my thing….

Well…coffee is almost gone…first pain pill starting to help…time to get my miles in…3 before 11am…hopefully by 10…but just have to see how it goes..

Just rockin along….1.5 miles so far…first 2 troops were slower today…legs took a bit longer to loosen up…or…I thought it was taking longer…almost breakfast time…short sit down time…o boy….lol…I’m on schedule to have 3 miles by 10 am…then resistance band time..see if it gives me that second wind it did yesterday…

Wow! You've sailed right past me! I just increased to 2-1/2 miles a day a week ago. You must live in a mansion if 4x around makes a mile! In my house, it takes two laps through the house to make 1/10th of a mile! About 50 laps to reach my goal. Keep up the great work! You're rockin' this!
