Great job on doing your walking! I know it's very hard when you are in pain! I can only walk 1/2 mile at a time (used to be only 1/4 mile, and I'd be sweating profusely), but it adds up. Two laps through every room of my house is 1/10th of a mile.

I do t have a sweating problem…my legs/ knees can only take so much standing…like if I stop to talk to someone..I can’t stop for very long…or I start to tighten up…and I can sit for 30 seconds…and I’m good to go again..any steps are better then none…like everything….use it…or lose it….

Good morning! Yes, you did well yesterday!👍 Glad you set sipping this morning. It’s sipping Sunday for me! ☕️☕️ A few things to do but not a lot. I think the shoes in the house yesterday is starting to help as much as I don’t like wearing them. I just prefer some cozy slippers but it’s ok. We do what we have to do. I was out quick last night too! It feels good to sleep well! Get in a Sunday nap and enjoy your day!:)😁

I walk 1 mile on Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday's, Yoga and a 30 min cardio on Fridays and 2 hour cardio on Wednesday. I noticed I sleep better. Saturday's and Sunday's are rest days. But I am cleaning and doing laundry.

For the sweating, I take prescription Glycopyrrolate. It makes a world of difference! Before taking it, any time I would go out, when I would get home, my bra would be soaked. It was terribly uncomfortable - especially if I was out for a long time with the wetness against me. I also would sweat under my belly and in my groin! Quite miserable. I didn't know there was anything I could take until I went to the dermatologist for a yeast infection in all those places, presumably caused by the constant sweating. The sweating has improved (been almost two months); but, unfortunately, the current treatment for the yeast infection hasn't knocked it out yet.
