Greetings Buddies!
OMG - it is the great mice caper once again! In the Spring and Fall, we tend to see a mouse or two in the house! The two Bengal cats usually roust them out or catch them.
BUT, OMG, today I opened the silverware draw and there was a mouse! I lost it and pulled out the whole draw and threw it in the kitchen sink with soap and HOT scalding water!
I think I lost my appetite...

We had a big field in back of our house in Iowa. They planted corn and soybeans alternately. Invariably When they harvested the crop we had mice. I know what you are going through. I am pretty sure they got in through the garage because we left the garage door opened a lot.

My neighbor was happily sitting watching a movie with a large bowl of popcorn in her lap when a mouse fell into the bowl from the heating vent above her. WAHH! The bowl went flying, popcorn, mouse and all. LOL! Poor mouse.

The plug-in sonic rodent repellers work good for me. I live in farm country and had mice during spring field work and again at harvest time. But since getting the plug-ins I have seen 1 in 3 yrs.

LOL LOL LOL I've only had a mouse in the house twice. The first time, I think it was poisioned from my exterminator I had in earlier. I put a square pan over it and a brick. When my bf came home, it was dead. The second time, I had two cats playing with it. LOL. Haven't had one since, but I have 5 cats (used to have 9) now and 2 dogs!

I HATE, HATE, HATE mice! I would have had the same reaction. We set up traps in the attic and the basement, but it is an ongoing battle to keep them out of the house. Apparently there our videos on YouTube about how to mouse-proof your house. Worked for a neighbor. Lots of work though, and lots of persistence to find out where they are coming in the house. According to him, if you trap and release miles from your house, they will be back! Good luck!
