Woke at 198.4 after hitting 195.0 after IF and workout yesterday. Happy with a successful month. Planning for one more 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill workout tonight before a final weigh in. Targeting 1989 calories today.

Great Job, Dedication is correct.!!!!! When I Show people at work you numbers and reports during breaks or before work starts, They are totally AMAZED AT YOUR diligence!!! My new goal is 150 atleast for the start of June.
