You have been consistent 199 or less and I remember when you were going 212-205/ great job Bill!!!!...You are now super fit! By looking at your Target photo, I do not think you need to lose anymore weight. People forget about a bodyframe. I have a large frame and one nurse who weigh me one time looked at me and said she could not believe I weight that! I was insulted at first and she no, she had weighed the same as me and she said I look 20 pounds lighter than her!

Very good. Maintenance is very difficult. Way to stay focused.

I love that - working on your body fat is a "hobby" - LOL, I tell people that fitness and food programs are my "hobby' as well.
