Slept 7.2hrs in 2 shifts BM no End of day 13 on Pre-Surgery Optifast Liquid diet to shrink my liver. No hunger. My favourite mixture is Optifast with 250ml decaf coffee + 450ml ice cold water + ice cubes. Icy cold and tinned out shake. I look forward to it now. Not liking the Crystal light flavouring so much anymore. Haven't had the 4th shake yet, hopefully before I go to bed. This is worth a look, a video of Bill Maher on obesity epidemic.
