Woke up at 208.0, which is starting to get on my nerves. Today is my mid-week official weigh in, so will go home, do treadmill, and record that reading. Will take some doing to get back to 202.0, so might show a gain. Ate a banana at a morning conference, which was a change for me. I thought it would make me ravenous, but I felt great when I finally ate lunch at 1pm. Something to keep in mind. Have a good day!

I have a question about your lunch. Do you sprinkle the seeds on the cottage cheese? Also how did you use the whey protein?

Your doing great overall Bill. Keep in mind with your new position you are probably working extra hard. I know that work has been my challenge as far as me squeezing exercise in. My co worker is back on Monday., So I will get some help again running the front counter. Once you get he new job duties in synch with your diet, you will be dropping weight again rapidly!
