So, still no tooth extraction. I have White Coat Syndrome, and the prospect of getting a tooth pulled sent my usually normal BP through the roof. So, we're working on that. Also, a number of other issues have raised my stress level, so I'm sleeping and eating poorly the last few days.

On the bright side, going to an old friend's retirement party this afternoon. I'm looking forward to it, because I know there'll be lots of people I haven't seen in a long time.

Can you take anti-anxiety meds before your appointment. That's the only way I was able to get Cat Scan done. Daughter has to take them before dental and Dr appointments too.

My Doctor has given me a couple of antianxiety pills to take before my appointment, but I've never taken anything for anxiety before, so I'm a bit anxious about that too. LOL

I am not big on meds either. Those 2 little pills were a wonderful answer for me. Prayers that you can get your dental issues taken care of soon.

I recommend the anti anxiety pills. Take the right amount and you won't care if you have teeth or not. Lol. Seriously though - it will take the edge off and you'll be fixed up. I bet everyone was glad to see you at the retirement party and surprised by your loss!

Lol what blondie says is true. I use to date a girl that was on it and it was a fun memorable relationship... when we broke up she wasn’t even hurt at the least! Them pills numbs you of all emotions.... or at least that’s what I tell myself 🤣

I understand the anxiety too. BUT go to a specialist, an oral surgeon who specializes in pulling teeth. I had to have one pulled about 6 weeks ago & when I went they shot me up with Novacaine & that was the worst part. I didn't even realize he'd pulled it and he was sewing me up. Very little pain after too, but he gave me an Rx. I took like 4 Advil & was fine. You will be too.

Olessy, how terrible for you, I'm so sorry. And I'm sorry about your friend, what a tragedy. I'm glad to hear you have finally been able to get your front teeth fixed. You are right I have nothing to complain about.
