Draglist's Journal, 11 Jan 15

Ate a ton yesterday, including plenty of carbs and sodium. The scale reflected it. Woke at 208.6, a full 9.2 pounds more than my post workout weigh in on Saturday. Did 65 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill, burning 900 calories, but only got a 207.2 afterwards. Fasted until 4pm and ate some celery and Greek yogurt with some salsa in it. Will have some chicken for dinner and with a goal of 1600 calories for the day. Three straight days of meetings to start the week, so protein bars and almonds will be the daily menu. Have a great week.

Sodium is so hard, we need it to regulate things in our bodies but just even a ridge to much and the bloating. I am sure you will get it off with HIIT workouts.
