Draglist's Journal, 12 Nov 14

Ate cottage cheese and a pack of almonds at work to total 600 calories, but still gained .4 lbs. to weigh in at 215.8 pre-dinner. Body fat down to 14.1 percent though. Lots of water to work off. Will be doing minimum calories at 1200 per day through 11/25 to hit my 1700 average daily calorie target by the time my daughter gets home from college. And then it's Thanksgiving week... my plan is to hit the 190s before that holiday but that's a lot of water to lose.

Here are the 11/12/14 Tanita numbers (pre-dinner, pre-workout):

Weight - 215.8
Goal Weight (10% BF) - 205.8 (should be 190, so 15.8 pounds of extra water)
Total body fat % - 14.1
Total body fat lbs. - 30.6
Total body water % - 64.8
Visceral fat rating - 9
Muscle mass lbs. - 176.2
Physique rating - 6
Bone mass lbs. - 9.0
Daily calories: 4349 (RDI 2443)
Metabolic age - 17

Sounds like you'll be grinding it out for a bit. That's pretty low to hit each day. If anyone can do it, it's you.

Just do the best you can. You lose the weight faster than anyone I ever known for eating regular food!!!!! Don't worry, I know you will reach goal-extra patience may be needed during holidays.
