Morning weigh in at 207.0 after a 4700 calorie weekend followed by a 1100 calorie catch up day. Will go out for dinner and a show tonight so probably will not stay within RDI. But will only eat 425 calories during the day in preparation. Will eat low calories again tomorrow to try to offset.
Update: Light eating day at work in preparation for a dinner out. Ended the day at just over 2100 calories, which isn't too bad with dinner, drinks, a bottle of wine, and dessert. Will jump back on the diet again tomorrow.
No weigh in tonight but will check things out in the morning. Likely will pop up a few pounds due to the extra carbs eaten tonight.
