Does anyone here have experience using Berberine? It's an herbal blood sugar and blood pressure supplement. I'm curious.

I know it was a big discussion in keto land about 4 years ago. Jimmy touted it I think. and Mercola.. but mixed feelings about it from people. Lots of discussion about side effects. No personal knowledge. Is it something you are thinking about?
