Okayyyyyy I've been around the 300 mark for almost 5 months. Time to change this! My sugar consumption is outta control: any tips? Even went back to old coffee habit with fake sweet creamers. Coffee I can quit. I know I can get back to low sugar world (thank goodness not consuming high sodium also). Aaaaaaurrrghhhh. I have big plans for this year; all of those plans require good health & stamina! Frick frack, I'm back on track LOL LOL LOL

I hear you love I am having the same problem with the sugary stuff. It is really hard I know but I am like you the past 5 months put 15 back on and that really sucks. One thing I know for sure is we can do it through tougher control of our sugar intake. Hang in there love !! Day by day

sugar intake is soo hard to control. i love fibre 1 products for the fibre and granola for the protein, but I find myself constantly being too high in sugar and barely meeting the goal for other macros. the balance feels impossibleee

I'm an addict and the only control for me is total abstention, then the urge fades. I heard on a podcast yesterday that our appetite is controlled in part by Vitamin D3 and that a deficiency makes you more hungry and never really satisfied. Most of us are deficient.

yup me too 🤬🤦🏼‍♀️ LOVE sugar & have a really difficult time restricting my intake. @summerraine I also love the Fibre 1 treats so hard to say no. Just keep at it. We can do this. Think about the difficult things you have come through in your life, remember that you (we) can take control 🙏

I believe - for myself anyway - Low Carb/Keto is the only way to go. After week one, sugar cravings disappear. And if they don't there are SO many great products out there like No sugar company fat bombs.... I'm a sugar addict too and keeping off it altogether is the only thing that works for me.
