On December 1, I took a full set of measurements before my long fast. Today I decided to do it again. I've lost 18.4 lbs in 7 weeks with fasting.
Waist: -2";Hips -3"; Bust: -5", Chest: - 1"; Neck: -.75", Ankles: L - .25", R-.5", Wrist: L - .5", R -.5"; Thighs: L -1.5", R-3"; UArms: L -4", R -2"

I've never done this kind of measuring before. I usually just measure the waiste (down 4.5" this year). This is encouraging!

Super inspiring! The scale results alone are fantastic but the inches lost are the coup de gras! (I was going to say "icing on the cake" but. Anyway, wouldn't it be more like tge icing OFF the cake?) Well done!
