Morning weigh in of 219.2 after more good eats yesterday. Just dropped my son off at the airport for his trip to a new duty station in San Diego. Has me nostalgic for that great year of 1977 that I spent out there. It's where I was my fittest ever, so now I have to get back to that! Ate too much at lunch today in a send off as well, but now back home and 'on the clock.' Will break my 'no workout on Mondays' rule today to get things started back on track.

Awwwww! I am glad you had a great visit with son and he got to see his sister!!!!!- That is awesome!!!!!! On the diet front I am noticing not drinking lemon juice and water after 9pm in large quantities is helping
