Did not weigh in today. Got a great surprise this morning. My son Jason arrived home from Japan! He is going to be home for three weeks and then will be stationed in San Diego. We bid farewell to all our guests at a breakfast and then returned to the race track to finish the event. Ate too much today, too. Tomorrow's weigh in may be as high as 220 or more based on what I've been eating (which I will attempt to remember and log). Will begin attacking the water weight tomorrow!

Not that I am one qualified to give advice, but just eat reasonable and watch the alchol(Beer & Wine ) intake and you will be fine!!!!! Enjoy his visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did he like it over there? I sometimes go to Japan because of work. I personally hate the long flight.

Did he learn the language? I just know how to speak it; it comes in handy when they are talking about and they think I don’t know what they are saying. But I just can’t find the motivation to learn how to read or write, because we do all our business in English so am like way learn. It hard to keep a large number of men from doing something stupid
