Another good eating day at work with two yogurts (plus chia, flax, etc.), a cucumber, and a tomato. Came home and weighed 201.4 (.2 up from this morning). My weekend guests have started to arrive, so no workout tonight -- a pleasant visit instead. Before that, I ate a huge omelet for dinner with a cup of cheese melted in it and a big salad with olive oil for dressing. Fat numbers were off the chart, but carbs were way down. Calorie goal remained intact. Tomorrow is an official weigh in, so let's see what THAT does in the morning! Sodium 2023 between turkey bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese.

Hope you get to go to some of the Smithsonian exhibits. They are amazing. We used to live in the burbs of Alexandria and years later my mom moved back to that area. DC was always on school field trips, as well as Mount Vernon. Bottom line, we got to view the monuments and the Smithsonian museums. Great times.

I love omelets any time. Too bad I love the special flavor melted cheddar cheese gives them.

Sounds like an excellent day! Keeping sodium down is harder for me than cutting calories, it's crazy.
