Drove to Ohio to move our daughter Emily into her apartment. Ate a lot of food today and splurged a bit. Worked hard moving stuff up three flights of stairs at her new place. Moving a lot of water weight, but eating a lot of replacement carbs, so will be ready for a final week of adjustment days when I return home.
