Draglist's Journal, 21 Aug 14

Morning weigh in of 212.0 despite 1120 calorie deficit yesterday. Sodium levels have been too high. Will have difficulty with that until next week as we will be eating out a lot from now until Sunday.

Maybe that has been my problem the last two days, my calorie count has been good, my sodium is in the high 4000's. I have 3 regular blood pressure pills have been taking for years, my blood pressure is good, one pill is HCTZ which is a water pill 25mg. But my fat intake I think is good but my sodium I guess is too high, and my excercise level has not been up to snuff. I was doing nightly walks for awhile, but this weather is just atrocious in Florida right now

Lots of salt in restaurant food, I was surprised at the sodium levels from my last meal out once I plugged them into my food diary. But the good thing is it should flush out pretty quickly once you're back to normal with eating.

How fast it goes on and how slow it comes off. Not fair is it?
