Coffee and last of the Apricot Pecan bread. I used a combo of Half & Half and Almond milk in my coffee, but didn't make all that much of a difference. Only saved 5 calories and 1 gram fat. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Goals for today: •increase water intake •get 4k steps or 30 minutes on recumbent bicycle •eat full meals (avoid snacks for a meal). I'm slowly crawling out of my hole. Up! Out! Forward! ✔👍❤

Oh Becky, I am having coffee with you, full of milk!💕 I am not walking with you today, but I am cleaning out the kitchen and front room, that should burn some of my pancake calories.😊 I will increase my water too with you. As Jimmie would say, LET’S GO! 🌸 (He wouldn’t have put a flower though. 😆)

I agree with the half and half! I log in 2 12 oz mugs of coffee every day with 6 tablespoons half and half total. It's worth it.

Thank you DP and Crystal. 💕 I should have shown the plate my coffee is on. I use them for dessert on Thanksgiving. I bought them years ago and of course I bought 10 or 12, because we used to have large TG dinners. I recently looked up the artist and found she has some other beautiful images, but of course everything is super expensive. I will be happy with my little salad plates, for now. 😊
