Post 16:8 fast and a six mlle walk got me a 206.4 weigh in. Not a new low, but better than the 207.8 from yesterday.

i know that if i walk every day i will less. right new i weigh 140.4 i like be 110 or 120. i walk to day i feel good.

Draglist, it's just salt and carb water, like you said. Basically, "dirty food" since your body is used to eating much, much cleaner, as it were. Give it 7-10 days back home and you'll be a 198 again in a snap, or less. With all the walking and you calories not being out of control, you'll be just fine!
