Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Endorphin up and on ther way to another beautiful day in the neighborhood….lol…

Things I’ve noticed…but over years forgot or just didn’t think about…I have arthritis….who doesn’t…but getting off the sugar from the milk shakes has definitely made a huge difference in pain levels…when I was drinking the dq milk shakes a lot of days I was hurting so bad…would have to take 2 tramadol..just to ease it…have had one in several days…the things we forget…

Think it stormed last night..thought when I was up at midnight I heard thunder…but not really sure…just know it’s already 71… and I gotta run some errands today…so in and outta air…

Felt good to ride the ride today…but can really tell when my sugar levels are running low…had to do a sis gel this morning..that’s their purpose..just hate to use them..if I can do the ride …but longer rides…more energy used..or elevation..burns more..not that I do as much as I once did…as I get older…no longer about the miles or elevation…it’s about the time I spend…

Went thru 32 ounces of water today..guess I needed it…

That's interesting about the shakes. A good point to try eliminating different foods to see which ones cause inflammation.

I have a bad knee - really severe arthritis. My back also is talking to me about its age. I've been trying to figure out if any particular food is aggravating it. Haven't pinpointed anything yet. I do find sour cherries to be helpful with my back, and nuts to be helpful in the muscle pain I have leftover from chemo. It's such a hard thing to pin down.

My shoulder dr…suggested cherry tart extract for inflammation…I got them at Amazon..I use them every day
