Gummy bears and Smooth Move tea worked wonders last night (7 times) but still weighed in at 205.4 this morning. But muscle mass was up 2.5 lbs. from yesterday's 204.8 weigh in. Who knows? Ended up doing pushups and 100 jump rope jumps (no rope) for a slight workout last night. Will eat lighter today but have a happy hour after work so will have a few beers. Maybe the diuretic effect will help. Weigh in tomorrow and then on Saturday.

You should see me in my work pants...I have to wear pants similar to Dickies....I have to roll them 3x and I just got new ones in February!! It's great but I keep tripping lol
