Light eating day followed by five beers at happy hour. Hit 2400 calories but nearly 800 of those were beer. Did an hour on the treadmill but not at top speed. Add to that, my Fitbit died (out of power at 2:30 pm today, so I missed out on a walk to and from the grocery store at work and to my bus after work). But got it charged up before my treadmill walk. Came home at 206.2. Ate, did treadmill, and got 206.0. Body fat and water looking OK. Tomrrow is an official weigh in. Can't see getting back to my 204.0, at least not in the morning. Will eat light tomorrow. Just occurred to me that I may not be able to do my standard Saturday workout and weigh in as I'll likely be gone. Will do it on Sunday.
