Going to eat forbidden foods these next few days? I might eat a brioche roll with a burger on the grill. That to me is forbidden. 180 calories, but worth every one. Have a good holiday.

Enjoy the holiday. We celebrated today, smoked some ribs for 5 hours. They were worth every calorie. Tomorrow I'll be back on track.

nice to have a treat once in a while . .it helps you to achieve more. If you dont have a treat in a while you start pondering and go off track. I had some vanilla cheese cake last night .. a nice treat gonna be good till my weigh in now..

I love the way you look at your calories on a monthly basis instead of just daily. Putting food intake into a monthly perspective does much to focus on the big picture and not just a day or two. It makes it possible to balance the splurges with low calorie days to make it all balance out.
