Back down to 205.2 for a morning weigh in. Exceeded 15 thousand steps yesterday. Will do weight lifting instead of treadmill tonight but will do a lot of walking at work. Probably will get 1600-1700 calories.

It's not easy getting in 15K steps!!! I haven't hit that number since I started wearing my Polar Loop! Great job, you inspire me to do better :)
