Decent eating day and lots of walking (highest calorie burn this week), but did not lose the weight from this morning. Had constipation issues. Came home late and ate dinner plus some gummy bears, Fiber One cereal, and mineral Oil. Got some relief after that, but the dinner evened out any loss. Put in an hour on the treadmill but at only 3.5 mph average as I didn't sleep well last night and didn't have a full bore workout in me. If all goes well, will drop a bit in the morning. Then I have ten days to try to hit 200.

Going to use the calorie burn numbers exclusively from the FitBit from now on, plus an adjustment for the ten degree incline setting on the treadmill. So will actually be eating a bit less overall. According to my FatSecret exercise calculations, I used 3227 calories today. The FitBit says 3085, but did not count the 10 degree incline on the treadmill. My calculations say that the difference is 197 calories. So, since 197 plus 3085 is 3282, I'm going with the lower 3227 number. Since I worked out after I ate, I ended up eating about 300 fewer calories than I wanted today. That can't hurt for one day!
