Up to 209 and change after eating several square meals today. Too many carbs but doing OK. Will finish out the month with a 1000 calorie per day deficit, which was my target, in addition to the weight loss. Still trying for 205 by Tuesday morning, April 1. Will set 200 flat as a goal for May 1 and see what the daily calorie goal looks like.

I am amazed at the variation of diets going on and trying to follow them. But seeing each one is distinct and getting results. You guys are putting a new twist on the trip we're all on. Very cool. Proves we are all different.

Worthy goal, Bill. Personally, that deficit would drive me nuts on a cut. It would feel like a perpetual diet to me. I usually hit a 700 cal deficit per day on my cut. Next time I'll do it a little slower. 500.
