Wow... 650 calories before dinner and still weighed in at 215.6. Other Tanita numbers look good, though. Should drop a few by morning as I topped out at 900 calories today. That puts me at about a 960 per day deficit and I'll be back on my 1000 per day deficit track tomorrow.

Okay... the question I've been wanting to ask you. Doesn't it drive you crazy seeing the scale fluctuate that much from day to day?

Yeh. Actually now that I think about it... maybe that's a good way to get inured to scale folly. Keep it up Bill. :D

LOLOL! I was wondering about that *slow* comment. Now I get it... I thought you meant you might be dragging a bit because of the low cals. Too funny.
