Up to 214.0 after the big eating day on Saturday. Did 16/8 fast, weight lifting, followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill. Will eat light enough to catch up to my 1000 calorie per day average deficit by Monday night.

Someday I promise you I am going to do the research to fully understand what these figures mean that you guys post. But I do understand the last one - metabolic age of 25? You are doing something right!

Thank you Buffy. I am of the same thought. And the metabolic age is the one I focus on all the time. We'll have to get Bill, Bruce, Rob and Chad to give us a brief orientation on all of this.
